2Subscription Activation Timeline
- Standard subscription access is activated within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
- Enterprise plans requiring onboarding may take 2 to 5 business days, based on setup complexity.
- Delays can occur if onboarding information is incomplete or external dependencies are pending.
3Service Fulfillment Scope
- Platform setup and access credentials.
- Configuration guidance and onboarding sessions (where included).
- Support through email and scheduled calls according to selected plan.
- Feature access based on active package and billing status.
4Geographic Availability
Our digital services are available globally where internet access is available and local regulations permit use of online software platforms.
5Client Responsibilities for Delivery
- Provide valid contact details and complete onboarding information.
- Ensure authorized team members are available for setup coordination.
- Maintain stable internet access and compatible devices.
